Staff Party 2026

Invitation:
All permanent employees, temporary student workers, interns, apprentices, volunteers and trainees as well as employees on long-term leave, early retirement, maternity leave and parental leave are invited. Friends, family and acquaintances of employees cannot be brought along.

Registration:
To enter, you will need the gray company ID (the gray access card) and confirmation with a QR code (digital preferred) or wallet ticket. This will be sent automatically after successful registration.

Employees of SimCorp, 360T and employees in partial retirement or early retirement who do not have a company ID card are required to show a valid ID card in addition to the confirmation with QR code.

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all attendees. Please act responsibly and appropriately throughout the event. Attendees are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. The use, possession, or distribution of drugs and recreational substances is strictly prohibited.

Mutual respect is the foundation of everything we do and how we interact with each other. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, discrimination, violence, and violations of personal boundaries. Such behavior will be addressed accordingly and may result in disciplinary action.

If you experience or witness any inappropriate behavior, or if you need assistance, please contact the Events team or the Physical Security team on site at the registration.

Attire:
We are happy about getting to see your best disco-glam or Mama-Mia inspired outfits, however, it is not mandatory dress according to this year's theme.
